Innovation is a key factor which can give a boost to a country and a man. It lifts both from ground to sky. From ancient civilizations to the modern world which society and country promote innovation and develop new technology reached far ahead than others. It happens because it creates more opportunities in the open world and gets their spell there.

For example, India leads the world in technology and knowledge from 800 to 5000 year ago. But after 1300 AD Europe become the place of innovation, technology development, and knowledge. So Europe leads the whole world from 1300 AD to 1900 AD. But after USA independence, it becomes the place for new scientist, researchers, and technology developers. So it leads the whole world up to 2000. But like Japan had promoted technology development in his country. So from the 1960’s it gains importance in the world. Like this last 20 to 30 years at innovation development. China is getting equal status as the USA in world economics and power.

Therefore if a country becomes the place for innovation, research and technological development nobody can stop its progress. The whole society also gets benefited from this development. It also creates opportunities for another field like sports, athletics, art & craft, entertainment, etc. It also lifts the living standard of human beings in that particular country. Hence more innovation and technology development creates more development of that country.

Like countries, it also happens in human development also. For example 70 years ago there was little transport convenience. So men have fewer job opportunities and live in poor condition. But when motor vehicle increased, it gave the opportunity to the world to come closer. Like this computer, mobile and internet innovation created higher opportunities and increase human’s living standard. It also increased the development of the economic condition of humans though globalization. And it also opens the whole market in the hand of humans.

Though innovation and technological development generate opportunities for a country or a person but still, scientists get less recognition in our society. They work whole life for innovation, but only a few get small stardom. While politician, sportsperson, actor, singer and rich personals get higher stardom. This question has to be answered by our society.

Where is truth

It is a universal old statement, “Truth always wins”. This statement motivates people to do always good things and not practice bad one. It is not only a statement but also a philosophy to live better. But sometimes confusion occurs, “What is the truth”. Sometimes one thing looks truth while some time is not. So how can we follow the truth?
The truth is not a one-dimensional object or thinking. While it is multidimensional. For example, one observer’s observation is different from the other observer for a particular incident. The first observer sees an incident on his particular position to the incident and mixed it up with his thoughts. While the second one will have definitely change in position and belief. So the truth is different for a single incident is different for both persons. Therefore truth depends on a particular sphere. There are infinite spheres to see a particular incident. So real truth may never be known to anybody. Then what is the truth?

Yes, there is no real truth in this world. But you may find an average truth as calculating the similar size of the sphere as yours. For example, there are ten persons who are seeing a particular incident; they are about a similar kind of position. If their observations are averaged. Then can you reach the important truth (average truth) for you. But here formula will not be so simple. You should give 51% to your observation and 49% to other total observation.
Important truth = your observation 51% + others total observation 49%

It means others observation is important to listen but final call you should make for yourself and yes this important truth is important to you for decision making but remember always that it will never be real truth for the whole universe.

In everyone’s life, he himself is the most important creature and his belief is also most important for himself. Therefore judgment always depends on him. But listening to others forces him to take wise decision and action. The important truth is better for anyone. So his ability to understand that situation enhances properly.
But in no case, anyone should give more importance than his observation. Yes he should refine his belief but seeing on others, makes him confused and his right decision making will not be possible. Therefore always follow important truth and never be confused with real truth.

To acknowledging truth one thing also important that to know the truth never goes to another level of spheres. It means for example if anyone seeing an incident from 100 meters, but other is seeing or listening from 100 km. Their observations will never be similar, for one person it may be a good incident and from 100 km away it may be a bad incident. Therefore anyone should try to understand truth according to or similar to his sphere. Therefore comparison should be from similar kind of sphere only.

Confusion & complexity versus simplicity

The human mind and its behavior are very complex in nature. When there are more options. Human mind faces the problem of confusion. When desire and requirement are spread without binding or limit, it creates complexity and confusion in mind. Confusion is generally created by diverse thoughts and desire. And at last confused mind creates a complex situation. Ultimately these things tend to the situation of non decision making, therefore, decision making is not possible.
Best way to decrease confusion and complexity is only by going with simplicity. It means one should decide his priorities first and do accordingly. Priorities may vary from person to person. They are decided by their thoughts and belief. If priorities are fixed, it’s easy to understand what should be done. It is a kind of a rule book for a person, what he should do or don’t for who or whom and how and when. Therefore for a good life, priorities are necessary to be framed first.
The second way to become simple in decision making has spread the option as in limit as one person can handle and understand. It means one should try only a few options for requirement and desire. The number can be depending on the person’s choice and ability to handle the option. For example, in a showroom, one should limit himself how much he should see dresses for himself. If he finds his choice he should stop choosing more otherwise he will be confused. More choices one see more he becomes confused.Sometimes it creates a very complex situation. Therefore one should limit himself he should limit boundary for himself. So spreading more and more options is a bad habit. He should try only as no. of option as he can handle easily.
Dealing from others should be at rules and norms as simple as possible. If you make less no. of points in agreement which can be changed, it forces the dealing in dispute and complexity. So rules and norms should be decided according to the handling capacity of a person. Like this talking with others is also should be as simple as others and he can understand. Sometimes few people talk round and round, but they still cannot explain others and themselves. If one talk in simple and straight forward words. These have understandable and productive.
This theory is also as important and in works and tasks. For example if a person have very different kind of tasks. So if he decides his primarily and does one by one he still can do his work in a better way. So if you make things simple for you. Your task will be easily financed.
Simplicity is also in our behavior also. If we behave others with very abnormal way, it will also end up with confusion in yours and others mind. So if you are simple in your nature. It is easily understandable to others. And therefore they trust more to you.
Simplicity is the way by which all kind of confusion and complexity can be erased easily. By doing this life becomes more beautiful and easy. Therefore allow simplicity in your life.

Equality v/s contribution

Human life had never seen equality there was some dominance of particular class, cast, gender, region, and religion. There was no time when two kinds of people are at an equal level. That was not only in case of the past, it continues in modern time also. It is also expected that in the future this trend will go on. Is that should not be a right of a person?

When one talks about rights every person deserves equal rights but in reality, it never happens. Why? I strongly believe that each creature of our earth like insects, animals, plants, birds, and persons are equal. And they have equal rights to live on our earth. But the reality is different. This study finds reasons why inequalities happen.

Humans had become the most important creature on earth. Because of their hands and brain. With these, they changed the whole earth and give the next level of growth to the earth. They became the leader of earth. Because of their livelihood, earth has changed. So they dominate on earth.

As in the case of humans when we look into gender equality. We find that in the whole history of human civilization, it is evidently seen that women are made to care for families.
But, when we talk about societal growth it is most of the time man’s contribution and leadership. In the last 2000 years of history, legendary women are countable but men are not countable. Approximately 90% of the contribution to societal growth in all fields of human life is by man only. So men got more importance than women. One should understand that yes women work with man in all the fields but leadership gets more importance then laborious works so contribution & leadership are important factors in inequality.

Like this which part of the world more work, find technology, scientific research, and resource mobilization. They get importance like for example industrial revolution & colonial wars gave importance to European nations. Ancient India had been important because his contribution to the worlds was great. But at this time it is not justified old status. So India does not become a leader in the world while China, Japan, the US still leading the world.

The same thing goes on cast, class, region & religion, which cast, class, region & religion is giving more leaders and contribution which are getting importance. The leader contributions hide labor contribution. So which cast, region, religion & class giving were leaders in all field they got importance & others find back in their stature.

So if any segment desire equality & justice. He has to perform first. There is nobody who will give their rights. They have to contribute and produce leaders who dominate society and give growth to the society to the next level. For a decrease in inequality, there is a requirement of confidence boost up. If a backward segment increases confidence & perform in the long run. It may go more ahead on others. There should be a healthy competition in all segment in all the possible areas.

Social system towards individuality

In Indian society 100 years ago there was a tradition of big families. This system was different. But today there are nuclear families which comprise 4 to 5 persons. But still, marriage is a primary objective.

But in future Indian societies are going towards individualities. In recent years it was seen that members of nuclear families are going towards individuals needs. It means a person wants to live for oneself only not for the child and not for their spouses which will slowly breakage in an institution which is called marriage.

There may be a conversion in a social system like people didn’t want to get married or get engaged or they will marry for a short time because of conflict.
The main reason behind this is the lack of affection towards children and husband or wife. This was previously very high.
This system may reduce responsibilities & burdens but it will cause dissatisfaction, loneliness, sadness, hypertension, and fatigue.
So family may give some burden but it makes your life happier internally.

How you can change system

System is a process of working mechanism. It means how parts of a machine or an organization or a society work together. It is seen that a system is never perfect. It always requires some changes to improve. After some time again some changes are required according to time. It is because the world is continuously changing and challenges also occur according to time and place. If you don’t change system your output and workings would become miserable.
Here discussion will be on social and professionals system of India. It includes society, bureaucratic, corporate and all professional working system private or government. It looks that here professional working system and social system is full of evils. Like corruption, cheating, irresponsible behavior, laziness, lengthy process, nontransparent, etc. So each person becomes a victim of this working process. But we live in this bad system.
One thing is sure that your personal life is changing any fast with time. But still, the system is not changing as fast as you are. The system is lagging. There are four types of person in our society. First, who are revolutionary and raise their voices on the wrong mechanism and process. Second who support these revolutionary. Third, are the beneficiaries who feel that they can take advantage of the bad system. Fourth are silent watchers who are always silent. These are deaf and dumb.
Forth types of persons are also the victim but they are cowards. If they can’t stand against evils of the system at the list they give moral support to the revolutionaries. Yes, the third types of persons are beneficiaries of the bad system but they also become the victim of a bad system. Like for example if you are a government LDC and you take bribe for your workings, one day another LDC will take your money making past by giving bribes to your high officials and you will be in a corner of your department. This process continues in most of your professional life. Are you a beneficiary or a victim? You should decide. I feel you are a bigger victim of a bad system. So you should also support revolutionaries when the time comes instead of laughing at others.
Can the system be changed? Yes. The System never remains the same, it changes over time.

Again some evils find in the system than personal development.

This process tells that lifestyle changes of persons to create demand to change the present system which is an old phenomenon. And slowly pressure becomes high and at last, the system is improved through legislation. One thing we should understand that the system can never be perfect it is always improved against previous times. But it gets other evils from which fight requires in the future.
The question is what should be your role in improving the system. You should always raise your voice against the evils of the system. At least you can give moral support to revolutionaries. You may help them with money for their fight. You can spread consciousness in against of evils of the system. But you should never be quite otherwise you always become a victim of bad systems.
The difference of our support is the speed at which system changes. If you did not support system changes slowly. Because pressure on system will not buildup rapidly. So your test is to make pressure high. For example like the JanLokpal movement of Anna Hazare, people gave high support to this movement so some Lokpal legislation at least get passed. If you give this kind of support in future to revolutionary movements one day will come when corruption will vanish. Because your pressure will continuously grow.

Inflation is a friend, not the enemy

At the time of the election, inflection becomes a big issue. NDA government had gone in 2004 because of inflation. The general public feels trouble in high inflation. They always want low inflation rate. Yes, inflation is evil because it depreciates rupee value and decreases the power of purchasing. Yes, it gives trouble in a very short period, like 3-6 month period only. But this impression remains in a very short period.
In the long term, inflation works inversely. Basically, inflation is a byproduct of the growth rate of the country. If growth rate become high then man, machine and material used more. And that creates a higher scarcity of all these 3 M’s. And that is called a higher demand condition as per economics theory. That higher demand crafts a higher rate of inflation.
But deepen thought is that high inflation never impacts a man in a long term like 1-5 years. Thus it is not much longer time which can affect common man life. Because that high inflation rate again comes in higher salaries, wages, profits to same person only. Like if inflation had increased 8% the previous year. Then next year that converts salaries, wages and profits also increase in next year. This will be a minimum of 8% per year. But actually, it comes about 16% per year. A common man average salaries, wages, and profits increase about double inflation.
Is it comes double of the inflation?, Yes because of income growth changes, with the inflation, technological growth, and personal growth.
Income growth = Inflation + technological growth + personal growth
“for last 10 years = 8% + 4% + 4% = 16%
Again above technological growth comes from a growth rate of the country. Which is proportional to inflation. This rate may be half of the inflation.
While high personnel growth is sustainable in financial word, only with high growth rate and high inflation.
Now In case of recession, growth rate comes down. So inflation may come down. But technological growth also comes down. Beside that sustainability of high personal growth also come down. So in case of recession, It may possible inflation may come down at 6% but total man income growth is also come down, it will be not more than 10%.
So as per the above statements if inflation become 6% than personal’s income grow only 10%. But when inflation becomes 8% than personal’s income take 16% growth. So personal’s growth comes high in high growth & inflation conditions.

If India remains in zero growth states than inflation never be zero. It will be 4% to 5%. Because of population increase pressure, thus inflation never is zero. But inflation increase with growth rate, but it may effective lesser. It increases but at a lesser rate than the growth rate. Inflation and growth rate gives higher income growth.
So common man has to understand if want high income growth rate than he has to bear high inflation also.

Real estate realistic or not

Real estate investor had made money in recent 10-20 years. Why real estate is going so high price. To understand that there is a need to understand the city, city development and city life and city inflation.
People say that city land cost increase because of the cost of brokerage. Yes, it may be the reason but that cannot give the full picture. My study says a city like Jaipur has 26% growth rates in land cost from the last 20 years. It may be about 30 to 32% of cities like Delhi or Mumbai. Though everybody knows that general inflation is about 8% in the last ten years. So why real estate is growing so high.
The urbanization process is a continuous phenomenon. So every city is growing in India. From Sensex data, Indian population growth is 20 to 25% per ten years. But when it comes to the city, the average city population growth is about 50 to 60% in ten years. So about more than double increase in city population growth. That is the first key feature for real estate rates growth.
Secondly, it is known that man’s last future financial goal is to save and purchase home and office, etc. Because food, cloth, and other life equipment come first when they needed. So it takes time to invest in any real-estate option. Because it comes in secondary needs. Because the primary need to have a home is fulfilled by rented or old parent’s home.
Thirdly – In city life in India everybody wants to live in the center or near the center. But the man goes far because of the scarcity of land or higher cost of land, so he goes to near the center.
Now, this study tells, how real-estate growth rates come.
The first step of growth rate is inflation that is about an average 8%. But secondly, it is seen that human resource cost’s growth rate is about 16% in the last 10-15 years. For example, the cost of civil labor in the city was Rs. 90 per day that is Rs. 300 per day today. That is increased by about 16% per annum. That is also in case of salaried government personnel to private company’s personnel.

Because man income is increasing by 16% per annum. It is seeing that a major portion of that growth is going in real-estate. Man who would purchase a home in 50 to 60 year of age. He is purchasing now in 30 to 35 year age because of the facility of loan.
Bank loan facility gives man attraction towards real-estate. So major portion 4% of human resources grown rate is connected into the real estate growth rate.
So from above all statement these equations arise-
1. If the city has no increase in population (any type)
Than
City real-estate cost growth rate = inflation
= 8% (from last 10 years)
2. If city increase 50% population in 10 years or 4-5% in every year.
than
city real estate cost growth rate = inflation + population growth +
+ actual growth HR cost
+ growth pressure to the centre
= 8% + 4% + 4% + growth pressure to the centre
= 16 + city growth pressure.
Like for example if the city is in today state (T=0) have a condition at D. That was condition a T = -10 years (10 years back) at c. Because condition at the area was the same as today at d and at c before ten years. Then their land rates should be same at t = 0 at D and t = -10 at c but that may be the same when only inflation and other factor is may be considered. That is 16%.
But when we study the cost of real estate today at c. It includes a center city pressure growth. Which may be different from different cities. Like in Jaipur it may be 10% or like in Delhi and Mumbai it may be 15% per annum.
So city real estate cost growth rate.
= 8% + 4% + 4% + (5 to 15%)
5% in case of small town capacity 20,000 person, whie 15% in case of big metro city 1 crore.
So the above study says that the main reason for high rates in cities is high HR cost, high population growth, and high city center pressure. These whole items give a demand for real-estate. Brokers share the growth rate profit but not increase the demand for real estate.

Sense is more important than sentence

In human life as we believe much which we see with our eyes. Like that we go with words of others also. Means we give importance to wordings or sentences of others which are said to us. But sometimes these wordings and sentences don’t have same meaning as they want to say. In human tendencies people say different than their actual feelings. Means sentences and wordings have different meanings and senses. Like for example our parents, elders, teachers or boss sometime scold us while we had not made any mistake and they ask some bad words to us also. But really they don’t want to harass us but they are annoyed by other means or reasons. Where their right sense want to say only that please don’t annoyed us, I want good supporting behavior with you.

In human behavior intelligence of a person is not a friend always its enemy also. We try to manipulate truths with applying some logic. It means we make truth to lie or lie to truth. Thus it becomes very difficult to understand what is right and what is wrong. Manipulating truth can be understand with the sense of sentences. It means if we understand the real sense of words we can reach near the truth.
Nowadays manipulating truth is more common in all kind of Medias like digital, print and social media. They change all the real sense of words. Thus to understand the real truth one should go with the senses of the wordings and understand baseless logics.

Politicians also present data and logics in that way also. They makes right thing wrong and vice versa. For that they justify with their logics again. So these kinds of lies one can catch through understanding with heart not with justifications. Our heart gives right answer than our brain. Through brain we can be confuse sometime while our heart will better understand the inner sense of wordings.

Here we want to discuss two more kind of peoples also, which are requiring to handle with care for your safety. Firstly persons which makes their face blank (means expression less faces). Some time you see that when some person talks with you or with others, their faces become expression less. It happens because that time they are speaking totally lie and making fool of you. Beside this they didn’t attach with your emotions also and want to cheat you. If these are your very close relative or friend of you, still it will be true and they will lie and cheat you. So beware of them and never believe on them.

Secondly persons which are very soft spoken and ask more about you, your family, your friends and your relatives. They want to dig your declaration by you. And these declarations they explore with others and enjoy with mixing of spices or manipulating truth. They can make you a joke. Normally these features become more prominent in women. But some man also can have this kind of problems. So please don’t be much open with these kinds of peoples otherwise they harm your dignity and reputation in society. So please beware of them.

One can communicate with a person of different language with his feelings and senses. It can happen in communicating with animals, birds and trees. Thus feelings and senses gives better words than any language. So sentences should be understood with heart not from brain to reach truth. Their inner sense is more important than their language meaning.
