Human beings live with dreams. A person explores himself in dreams. His desires start from one point to an endless point. These desires make his life. As he works on his desires and dreams, he goes ahead in his life. Amount of hunger become the amount of success in a person’s life. Yes, desires and dreams make a person successful and best use of him for society, but they also may confuse a person and distort a person direction.

If a person has a different kind of targets and dreams in his life, he will eventually go in the confusion state and therefore he may take a wrong decision on right time. Because the burden of different targets will confuse him and it will be tough to take the right decision. One day he will reach on the wrong spot in his life. While if he goes to a single direction, he will take a better decision and reach a much better spot in his life.

Yes, a man has very high potentials which he does in his life. But it doesn’t mean that he can be successful in more than one or two fields. The reason behind that a person can focus on one or two things in his life. Without focus, he cannot go much far in life. Most of the successful person worked in one or two fields. So their direction was clear. If they add hard work on this with focus, ultimately get success in their life. Focus only can come in a single direction. By the end of one direction then should start in the second direction.

Every person thinks that he is superhuman but he is not, he has to understand his limitations of life. An ordinary person can do much better works in his life if his direction of life is clear. If a person gives 100% focus and hard work, his chances of success are 100% in his life. Therefore make a single target in your life and go ahead. After fulfilling that target thinks for a secondary target.

Calculated trust

Trust is a ‘Brahmastra’ for a person for a good relationship and works. It makes people closer with others by heart. A person can do much better work and feel good if he gets trust from others. He can improve his work also. Trust also gives mental stability to both persons. They become calm and relax through trust in each other. It also enhances the capabilities of other persons also and give chance to others to prove himself better. Therefore trust is like worship.

But in many case trust may be broken. There may be different reasons. Some of these are fear, jealousy, selfishness, devotion from others. Habit and behavior, in enjoyment, lack of seriousness, lack of importance, anger, situation of trouble etc. Therefore reason may be different for different people to break trust. But the result is that one had broken the trust of others. One can’t control breakage of trust. But he can only do that he may be ready for that kind of situation.

Therefore the first one should do calculated trust on others, it may be his family members, relatives, friends, neighbors, and others. He should keep in his mind how can they break his trust and make a strategy to cover it up. So that damage may be lower. If your action plan is ready then you can face any kind of problem. Therefore in this way you can reduce damage in his life. Readiness doesn’t mean a lack of trust.

One should give attention that how a person around him may cheat him and why. This is the calculation of trust. Trust on others should be increase as the different situation and up with a happy ending. If a person cheats once he can cheat once again. Like this if a person had cheated. Another person, he may cheat you in the future.

Therefore if you want to live smartly then trust with calculation. It doesn’t mean a lack of trust. It means how much a person should be capable to get trust. Trust breaking from others is a continuous procedure in life but he can do only ready for that.

The world is full of talented people. Different persons have different kinds of talents. But it is not necessary that each talented person got success in his work. Sometimes lesser talented people got success more than a highly talented person. Much of us may say, it is because of circumstances. But it will be unfair. Yes, his circumstances can be much worse but he becomes unsuccessful because of the lack of efforts.

A person may fail because of many reasons. For example, a person has creativeness but he cannot market his talent, because of his hesitant behavior. A doctor who has a good understanding of medicines and disease, but still he did not find patients. A Businessman who works with good ethics but still he didn’t find buyers. In that whole situation what a person must do for his better future.

Yes, conditions may be fierce, still one should find his wish according to his talent. First of all, he should understand the whole scenario. What same professional persons are doing? And what is the best strategy for him according to his passion? Find and try to use new ways to go ahead in his profession. One has to understand his creativity, ethics, and talent is not hurdle for him but these are the power of him. And he should not see him as luggage behind him. There have to make strategy now he will go ahead in his profession within the present circumstances.
So after deciding his space or wish, then he should look forward in his profession. And he should give 100% in each case/project/work. It may be possible that he gets initially lesser money and support from customers. But he should not leave to put on his 100% percent. These efforts should go on each customer continuously. Secondly, he also tries and gives efforts to find better customer through linkages. Yes, some may have very few linkages only but still, he should exploit them also.

Thirdly give time to your efforts and give continuously hard work and do your job better and better way regularly in this way you will end with success. Leaving and running can never be a solution to any problem. It is continuous hard work which gives you space where you should be. Always remember that efforts never go in vain. One day they will describe you and your passion.

Success is one of the major things which one wants in his life. Most persons in a society run towards their goals and target. But only a few people reach on their mountain. While most of them fall from the goal’s mountain. To get the success it is necessary to understand how and why one person may fail in his targets and goals. It takes him near to reality. So let’s study some reasons to fail.

Too many goals & targets – Every person can get his target or goal if they are very few and achievable. If a person has too many goals and targets in his life he fell down because of the burden of these targets. So make targets very few as possible as in your life. Generally, it should be one, two or three only.
Not measuring unfavorable condition – Generally, when a person makes his goals he only estimates good or favorable conditions. But this is never realistic. To achieve goals one should measure and ready himself towards unfavorable conditions also. He has to develop competitive strength and skill to fight diverse conditions also. Unfavorable condition is the main reason in a person’s life why he fails to achieve success or his goals. When deciding goals, never thought that there will be the only favorable condition, while he should think and make himself ready to convert unfavorable to favorable condition.

Estimation of help – When a person makes his goals, he always thinks that all people near him will help him to get his goals. But in reality 90% of the time these persons never do that, instead, they force him to do work according to them. They distract his mind from his goals through fear, greed and wrong justification. Therefore estimation of peoples help is going wrong. So a person should stand for himself and prepare himself for the upcoming fight.

Discuss goal to others – Normally people think that by discussing. Your goals to others, they will give better advice. But in most of the case, other people never give the right advice at the right time, while they distract your mind from your goals. Generally, they cannot understand you and your goals as you can yourself. Because you live with that goal while it is only a dream story, which is not achievable. Sometime you should not listen to Yourself also.
Therefore use people for your goals without much discussing with them.

Lack of hard work on desire – If a person wants or desires something he can get in his life. It is a universal truth. But when a person makes his goals with less desire he can never reach there. After desire hard work is most important. Achieving a goal is only possible through hard work. There is no short cut to achieve the goal. Most failure persons have the desire but they run from hard work. Therefore they become unsuccessful.

Lack of madness – Until one don’t become mad towards their goals they can’t get success. Sometime you should not listen to yourself also and ignore all kind of frustration. If one run towards in a direction and see only towards goals. He can reach near to his goals. It means until one cannot see like ‘Arjun’ towards his goal, he can never be successful.

Wastage of time – Time is priceless. If you don’t reach the station on time, the train may be gone. Therefore if one waste time then he goes far from his goals.
Continuous changing – If one is not stable on a particular goal. He can be confused. This is the reason why a person’s mind can be diverted and he becomes sometimes goals less also.
So these are some issues, which lead a person towards failure. By changing or understanding these reason a person may go in the right direction towards his goals. By understanding these reasons he turns towards a better path.

Make angriness power not weakness

Some person’s behavior in the society has great no. of angriness. They may be called all the time angry people. These angry people disturb with small problems and waste their energy by representing their anger. A small obstacle disturbs their mind and heart. By producing anger they first disturb their mental power and create restlessness in themselves. This also initiates in others.

Therefore angry behavior should be controlled in a person. A person can control anger through calming himself in extreme or unfavorable condition. He can tell himself this problem or obstacle will be charged after some time. He can ignore that problem for some time after that problem will be diluted. Ignorance is a big tool to absorb tension and anger. He can stable one’s mind and heart. After some time problem or obstacle may be removed with time.

Therefore when you find anger because of a problem, it should not be represented. But when your anger can help in your task then fire it. Timing anger is also an art. It can make pressure on to your subordinates when it is used with control and certain time. Anger should be handled with care. It can make some work but it an destroy some condition also.
Therefore use your anger in the creative direction, not in the negative direction. It can make your life or can destroy your life also. At the time of problem remain calm and show your anger when you have to encourage your subordinates.

If directionless start one way

Life is very long. Sometime one may reach in a position where he did not know where he should go. He becomes directionless. He talks to others, he thought more but he still confused. What he should do. This situation comes in every person’s life. How one should face this situation.

First, you have to decide what you want or what do you want to achieve. If you find the answer of this you should thought about how you should progress according to your desire. Normally there are many paths by which one can reach on his target. If you confused in paths then start one path first.

It means to start a small task in your one path direction. If you start in one direction you can easily find your ways. When one starts in one direction he can find how near or far he is going from his target. If he realizes that he is going far, he moves his direction towards his target. If he going demand direction he starts to go first in that direction. Therefore starting in one direction is more important than going in the right direction.

Because some time right direction is not easy to find. But if one takes action it becomes easy to find the right direction.
Everything in this world wants to live in status one position. Therefore in an ideal state, you don’t move in the direction and you fear to move ahead. Which position is changed if anyone moved in a direction. Then his state is changed as moving an object in one direction and he starts to enjoy moving and he changes his direction towards his target. Therefore start in one direction first.

In today’s fast world it is not easy for anyone to complete his tasks. Because he has the bulk of task that has to be finished as early as possible. But mismanagement of works creates problem and delays all the works. Therefore the working life of a person becomes hectic. Beside this continuous ringing of mobile is also deviate attention from right works.
When one looks at other persons at their work, he can realize what is the main problem. Some people finish a lot of work at the same time and some people finish lesser went while they continuous working. Who does many works at a time normally not finish all the work. His attention changes from one task to another and he is not able to finish his work.
But when we look at some banking officials who have a lot of small tasks. They finish their all tasks very fast. How is it possible. They generally finish their task one by one. They finish the first task and then start second and after that third and it goes on. They finish a lot of works in real time.

Therefore the main strategy of finishing your task is to start work by one by one, do not open all the task at the same time.
Besides this one more problem is also arise nowadays when mobile rings. Your attention towards went is disturbed. If your job is light in nature, it means require little thought process or routine in nature. It is advisable to pick up your phone and settle your talk at the same time when you are working first and then again continue your working.
But the main problem for these people who are in some important meeting otherwise their tasks requires thought process or creativity then the strategy should be different. You should finish first your task or meeting. Then you should ring to them who want to talk to you. They should wait for some time. 90% of the time ring of mobile does not mean a very serious task. So you should give importance to those tasks or peoples which are more important in your professional life.

Some people may complain about not picking your mobile, but you can explain later that you were busy. But your missed call list should also be talked.
Therefore the right strategy is to get the maximum output you should work one by one and give attention to towards all the task. This way you can enjoy your working or professional life. Because of full attention generally your speed of doing task increase enormously.

This world is full of successful people. When one looks at them he feels jealous. ‘How they reach there?’ this question arises in our mind. One normally thinks that he reached there because he is lucky. But that is not the real answer.
If we want the right answer we should look into his past. Here it should be noted that we are talking about success, it may be in any field or of any kind. So when one study past of any successful person. He will see that there is a lot of fight & hard work associated with success. When we see the success of any person, we see only its elevation but never see hard work to makings of that building that means success is gain through only by hard work and fight to get it.

So if one wants to be a billionaire in monetary terms, it can be possible. Everyone can fulfill their desire and can get success but it will happen through efforts and desire towards success.
What effect occurs when a person chooses the right goal with the wrong path? Will one not be able to reach his destination? No, he will achieve his goal, if he will do efforts and fight. People always debate why the wrong person reached the right destination. He reached on his destination because he had done a lot of hard work and fight for it. Because sincere efforts never go in vain. It will give success.

Then why should one choose the right path? It requires because the wrong path never gives good solidity foundation of success. One’s whole success may be gone in vain. The wrong path can be speedier but the risk always remains with success.

So right efforts with right path will give sure success with solidity.
For example why Narendra Modi became PM while so many senior leaders were there in BJP. It will happen because of a lot of efforts done by PM Narendra Modi in the last 45 years. That was not so simple.
Why Sachin Tendulkar, Lata Mangeshkar, Amitabh Bachchan reach to the top in their profession. That had happened because of their right efforts & hard works.
So finally you will get any goal if you do the right efforts and hard work for your destination.

How to become Prime Minister in 13 to 23 years

When I was in school, whenever a question came in question paper ‘Write an essay if I were a prime minister’. I kept all my dreams to change India and its condition. I feel every person wants to change his nation with his ideas and thoughts. But to become a PM (or main power center) it looks very far from his reach. Yes, it is very difficult but not impossible for a person, who wants to become a PM for social service for the nation, not to get power and money.
A person who joins politics for power & money, I feel he cut his legs one day by himself because of actions. His target to become PM goes very far and he hangs in middle. But if you want to become PM for social service and right courses, I tell you a method to become a PM. But it is a warning to them who want to become PM for power and money. It is harmful it will fell down more of his present condition.
Firstly he should have 10 to 15 lakhs in his hand. He also should have a desire to full-time social service, a vision to grow people and their conditions, a vision to future developments in his area and nation. He also requires honesty, humbleness, truthfulness, clean character, and fully gentleman with Intelligence and common living being.
Secondly, he should form an NGO before 3 years a parliamentary election. In that NGO in a year, he should make 3-5 person volunteers team for 5000 to 6000 voters. These teams will be made in all the area in a Member of Parliament area. Thus in that MP area, these team will be 250 to 300 teams. So about 750 volunteers are required to give public service by NGO in an MP area, which you have to select for your social service. These volunteers should have a desire to public services in his local areas like a colony or a village. These should be free time worker or volunteers, they should not be paid. They will always in touch with people. They will always meet at least one time in a week and communicate to all persons. They will listen and understand people’s problem and make an optional solution with the help of peoples. They will help NGO’s different programs to that local area.
Above these volunteers, there is a requirement of part-time workers cum volunteers.
They will be a coordinator in between top Ngo management to bottom volunteers. They should coordinate between them. Programs arrange with bottom to top and top to bottom. They should be in 25 teams so each has 10 local communities to coordinate them. Each coordinator team may have 2-3 persons. They will pay sty fund.
On the top, there is a requirement of 5 persons in top management. In which one will be chief of district services. Others are his assistant. These all should be a full-time worker to social service of people of their district. Besides that 20 to 50 persons also require top management for research and their programs. In which min. 25% should full-time worker, 25% part-time worker and 50% volunteers.
So overall 850 to 1000 persons are required in which 10 should be full-time worker & 90 should be part-time workers cum volunteer and rest free time volunteers.
Thirdly this NGO will work for all people and give full-time service in that particular area. The first task will be to get all information of persons above 12 years, like their name, their family, address (H & O), phone number (mobile), cast, religion, occupation, their voter ID number, and ID cards. So each person’s communication numbers (mobile & phone number) is necessary.
The second task will be to analyze the problem of individuals to area and its solutions by the people or interaction with these people. And then try to solve their problems as possible as this NGO can do.
The third task research team will work with people to a permanent solution to common problems and evils. The research team should also complain and educate the peoples to evils with the help of experts and other NGOs in that area.
The fourth task is the collection of money for organizational purpose in the method of richer to higher and poor to lesser. But it should take min 1 Rupees to each family from that area as possible.
The fifth task is to invite the people of their locality to join.
So the basic principle is that NGO should reach each person above 12 years in that locality. Each person should get help from that NGO.
All work should be done with the linkages of officials, politicians, experts and common people. All major issues should be fired to free the problems.
But remember never divide and discriminate people in any sense like religion, cast, area, and class. People should be equal for NGO and it will help rich to poor. Beside that NGO should educate for social evils like the cast, women security, dowry, female child. He should also educate youth for their carrier and family relations. So in that way, it will cater to all the problems and all the persons.
In all, there is a requirement of 3 to 5 crore each year. So it will cost about 20 to 25 rupees per voter per year and that may be collected if district teams give good results.
Fourthly after the service of two years, you may fight first MP election. I say 92% you will win if you had done good work in the last 3 years and your help is reached to each person. You should work in these three years with good intention. Then you will be never failed.
Fifthly after winning MP election you should more work in your area in all localities. In the next five year, your all plan for your area should be executed properly and it should be converted in a highly developed area other near parliament areas.
Sixthly in these five years. First three year make your NGO to all the MP areas of your state and it should start work in all the area of the state.
Seventhly the NGO should work for all the parliamentary areas in a state min. two years.
Eighthly after two years of service in your state and a model of your MP area, it will win you state election and you may become CM. If you had given good service and good quality work. Your chances will be 88% to become CM. Besides that, you may also have 5 to 15 MPs in the parliament.
Ninthly after becoming CM, you should make high quality plans in your state with the help of expert and peoples advice and after that these should be fully executed in the next 5 years. The difference should be seen clearly from your state to other states.
Tenthly after becoming CM, your NGO should be organized in all the state in all the MP areas in the whole nation. So your NGO’s services should service people two to three years in the whole nation. After that, fight parliament election.
Eleventh, after your state development and people serving in the whole nation, You may become PM. And your chances will be 78% if you deliver good services and right plans for the development of your state.
Twelfth, he should have a development plan for the whole nation with the help of the expert and execute the plans in the nation. Your difference in work and intention should be clear and clean. And do your services to your nation, until another person comes better than you and your organization.
Thirteenth, change your plans as per time and demand. And your NGO’s services never be stopped in bad time also. And for who don’t vote you, never differentiate them.
So in that way, you may become PM in 15 to 20 years, which was looking impossible. But as you know that you require high hard work and high level of desire to serve and work for your nation. If you opt this method negative politicians never may stop you. Intention, patience, intelligence, braveness, hard work and honesty will be key for success. NGO should never make profit making, payment should collect as per requirement only.
